Wicketry is a reference site, not a vendor
- We record what software vendors publish on their own pricing pages, dated, in five markets, and we refuse to print a figure we did not read. If a number on this site looks wrong, that is the most useful thing you can tell us.

- A price looks wrong or out of date — send the page URL and what the vendor’s page shows you today. Every correction is dated and printed on the page it changes.
- The vendor shows you a different price — say which country you are in. Vendors geolocate; the record keeps one series per market and every page names the market it read.
- Data and citations — stable addresses, licence and the citation line are on /data-for-agents.
- Security — a vulnerability report goes to the same address; the machine-readable contact is /.well-known/security.txt.
What we do not offer
- Buying advice, legal or tax determinations, or introductions to vendors.
A person reads the mailbox and replies within a few days; there is no service-level promise. See also privacy and terms of use.
